This is what you need for your appointment;
Valid GP referral for your medicare rebate
Medicare card
If you have Private health please provide your fund details. PS: all private health funds are supported
Please arrive 10 min early to fillout new patient forms
First consult is usually face to face as we may need to examine you. Follow up consults could be telephonic meaning you we can have consultation from the comfort of your home, if you interstate or at work. There is no difference in charges. This allows you the flexibility of your consult and save travel time.
Dr Trivedi is a private Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and a full payment for your consultation is required on the day of your appointment. Please note we are not a bulk Billing clinic. Please check with the reception charges prior to your consult. Please ensure you have a valid referral from your GP so that you can receive a medicare rebate for your consultation. If any added procedure will be done, this will be added to the cost of consult. Private health funds do not cover the cost of outpatient consults.
For Surgical Procedures in Operation Theatres, we charge a minimum GAP fee. The major cost is covered by the health fund.
We send a message 3 days prior to your appointment as a reminder and confirmation of your appointment. We need you to respond to the message with Y or N.
If you are unable to attend you appoinment, we ask you to provide as much notice as possible. We can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
Cancellations made more than 1 business day from the appointment day do not incur a fee.
Cancellations made at the last minute (on the day of appointment) will incure 50% of consultation fee.
Cancellations made without any contact will incur 75% fee of the missed consultation.
Call the reception to check if your insurance is supported
